Shipping and Handling:

The gemstones will be sent where possible via Registered Postage means to the buyers’ location to insure safe delivery, tracking and insurance on the item if applicable by the postage guidelines. All international posted items will be sent by Airmail unless otherwise requested by the buyer, applying to the postage restrictions of Australian Customs and Australia Posts rules. All items being sent to other destinations outside of Australia must comply with the importation rules of your country.

If an alternative means of service is asked for by our customers we will try to comply with your wishes.

Return Policy:

We currently accept the fact shopping online has some drawbacks since the products we sell are primarily bought for their appearance which is a main factor of unhappy purchases. We offer full disclosure and lengthy descriptions of each of our products along with photographs that represent colour and design. However when a purchase is not satisfactory to our customers we gladly accept return for refund of the product less the cost of postage for the item. We aim provide a safe buying environment and where possible will improve our service as much as possible.
